BOOKING CONFIRMED BN · THANK-YOU · CALL-BOOKED · V01

BN-DC-2026

Your call with Mitesh Patel is booked.

You will receive a calendar invitation within a few minutes.

§02 How to prepare

Four things to do before the call.

The 30-minute call compresses dramatically when both sides arrive prepared. None of this is required — the call still works if you skip it — but each step saves us real minutes on the line.

  1. Step 01

Add the meeting to your primary calendar

Use the buttons above. The calendar invitation will arrive via email as well, but adding it now using the device-native button prevents the common case where the email gets filtered or forgotten.

  2. Step 02

    If confidential, request an NDA

If the call involves confidential use cases (specific competitive deployments, regulated-data processing, proprietary IP scope), reply to the calendar invitation with a request for an NDA — we have a mutual NDA template ready within 24 hours. There is no charge for this and the call can proceed under signed NDA.

  3. Step 03

    Think about outcomes, not technology

We will ask about business outcomes first, capabilities second. The most useful framing for the call is: what specific decision or operational change does the AI need to enable, and what does success look like 6 months after deployment. Coming with that framing in mind compresses the discovery dramatically.

  4. Step 04

Bring one or two representative data examples

    Optional

If possible, have one or two representative examples of the data the AI system would work with — not for live review, just for context. This could be a screenshot, a redacted sample, or a description of the data structure. Helps us calibrate technical feasibility in real time during the call.

§03 A note from Mitesh

One reason you will not hear from an SDR.

When I founded BrainyNeurals in 2018, I promised myself one thing: that the firm would never insert layers between our clients and the people who actually do the technical work. Eight years later, that promise still holds. The engineer who responds to your inquiry is the engineer who would be on your project. The conversations that scope your engagement are conversations with me, directly, or with a senior engineer who has seen this class of problem before.

You have already done the most important thing — you put a call on the calendar. The rest of this page is about making the most of those 30 minutes. See you on the call.

§04 Optional prep reading

If you have 15 minutes before the call, read these.

Each of these saves real time during the call — the conversation can go straight to your specific situation rather than spending half the meeting on capability overview.

Take the 25-question readiness diagnostic

A completed assessment before the call returns a tier score and gives us both a shared structured starting point. Most buyers who take it arrive at the call with sharper questions and we get to scoping faster.

Browse production AI case studies

Rather than us walking through capability slides, reading 2–3 case studies from your industry before the call usually saves 10 minutes of capability explanation and lets us go deeper on your specific problem.

Why we are structured differently from generalist firms

If you are evaluating us alongside larger generalist alternatives, the About Us page explains the structural differences that matter at engagement execution. Reading this before the call frames the conversation usefully.

§05 Optional · One quick question

If you have 10 seconds, this helps us prep better for the call.

Saved silently the moment you select an option. Skip the question and the call still works.

Thanks — we will factor that in.

§06 If it helps someone else

Do you know someone else scoping an AI engagement?

If another CTO, VP of Engineering, or Operations leader in your network is in the same process you just started, the AI Readiness Assessment or the About Us page might save them time. Forward it if you think it helps — we do not track who shared what. No affiliate codes, no referral bonuses, no follow-up emails to the people you share with.
