Train and deploy detection, segmentation and tracking models for industrial clients.

01 / 06

About the role

You’ll build the vision systems that our industrial clients run on their factory floors, construction sites and warehouses. That means detection, segmentation, tracking and pose models that keep working in poor lighting, with occlusion and odd camera angles. You’ll take a model from dataset review all the way to a deployed system the client’s operators use every shift.

02 / 06

What you’ll do

  • Train and fine-tune detection, segmentation, tracking and classification models for real client problems
  • Review datasets, write annotation guidelines and find the labeling errors that hurt accuracy
  • Evaluate models with the right metrics (mAP, IoU, precision and recall per class) and explain the results to clients in plain terms
  • Build video analytics pipelines that process multiple camera streams in real time
  • Work with the edge AI team to optimise and deploy your models on target hardware
  • Write clean, documented code that another engineer can pick up and maintain
03 / 06

What you need

  • 2+ years training and shipping computer vision models in production, beyond academic projects
  • Strong PyTorch and OpenCV skills
  • Hands-on experience with modern detectors such as the YOLO family, RT-DETR or Detectron2
  • Solid understanding of CNN and transformer architectures, augmentation and loss functions
  • Experience processing video streams, including RTSP feeds and frame sampling
04 / 06

Nice to have

  • Experience with NVIDIA DeepStream or GStreamer pipelines
  • Exposure to 3D vision, depth cameras or stereo setups
  • Experience with multi-object tracking such as ByteTrack or DeepSORT
  • Published work, Kaggle results or open-source contributions in vision
05 / 06

Tools you’ll use

06 / 06

What you get

  • Work on live client systems in manufacturing, construction, healthcare, pharma, sports and warehousing, with clients in the US, UK and India
  • Ownership of your piece from first requirement to deployment, so you see your models run in the real world
  • Direct access to Mitesh Patel, NVIDIA Certified AI Architect, and the senior engineers for design reviews
  • Access to GPU hardware and NVIDIA Jetson devices for experiments and client work
  • A small team of 20 engineers where your work is visible and your opinion counts in technical decisions

How hiring works

Interns follow the same four steps with a lighter task.

  1. Application review

We read every application and reply within 5 working days.

  2. Technical task

You get a short, practical task tied to the role, sized for 3 to 4 hours of work.

  3. Technical interview

You walk our engineers through your task and one past project you’re proud of.

  4. Founder conversation

A final chat with Mitesh Patel about the work, the team and your goals.
