Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize large language models (LLMs) for various applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and implement AI solutions.
• Conduct research to advance the state-of-the-art in natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning.
• Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance algorithms for text processing and generation.
• Evaluate and fine-tune models to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and overall performance.
• Document methodologies, experiments, and outcomes thoroughly.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, NLP, and machine learning technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in machine learning, AI, or NLP.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Strong understanding of NLP techniques, including sentiment analysis, entity recognition, and text classification.
• Familiarity with LLMs such as GPT, BERT, or similar models.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex technical information.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Knowledge of data preprocessing and data augmentation techniques.
• Understanding of deployment and productionizing ML models.
• Experience in contributing to research publications or patents.
